I believe that to gain the respect of my students and their families, I will need show genuine enthusiasm, and that I really do care about each and every student in my classroom. Knowing that each school year presents new opportunities, I will always work to exceed the goals of my students while building an outstanding working relationship with each student, their families, and the professionals working with me in the classroom.  When these relationships are built on a solid foundation, the children have a better opportunity to suceed in their learning. 

 

     As a role model, I will always be searching for new and better ways to shape and mold my students so that they can become literate, self motivated citizens of our society.  I will always encourage the families of my students to be involved the lives and education of their children.  Family involvement in the life of their children is critical to their education and the development of life skills.  I believe in praise for good hard work and I will always encourage my students to do their best.
